現地時間6月12日、MicrosoftはXboxの最新タイトルを発表する番組 ｢Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase 2022｣ を配信。イベントのなかで、Riot GamesがXbox Game Passに参画すると発表した。
同提携により、Xbox Game Pass加入者はRiot Gamesのゲームタイトルが追加費用なしでプレイ可能になる。
配信タイトルは『League of Legends』『League of Legends: Wild Rift』『Legends of Runeterra』『Teamfight Tactics』『VALORANT』。
『League of Legends』はPC、『League of Legends: Wild Rift』はモバイル、『Legends of Runeterra』『Teamfight Tactics』はPC＋モバイル、『VALORANT』はPCで、各種特典付きでプレイ可能。今年の冬よりプレイ可能になる。
