ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントは3月23日、PlayStation 5用バーチャルリアリティシステム ｢PlayStation VR2 (以下、PS VR2) を初体験した方の声やプレイシーンを集めたスペシャルトレーラー「【PS VR2】初体験トレーラー｣ を公式YouTubeチャンネルで公開した。
第1弾のトレーラーには、人気YouTuberのHIKAKIN氏が登場。初めてPS VR2を装着し、『バイオハザード ヴィレッジ VRモード』『Horizon Call of the Mountain』『Kizuna AI – Touch the Beat!』、『ALTAIR BREAKER(アルタイル ブレイカー)』『グランツーリスモ7』など5タイトルをプレイした。
没入感や大量に出現するクリーチャーに驚き叫び続ける様子や、｢マジでこの世界にいるみたい｣ と称する『Horizon Call of the Mountain』のプレイの様子など、叫びあり、笑いありの見どころ満載のトレーラーとなっている。
